TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:

   • "Account" means a betting account with Mozzert Bet;
   • "Betting Rules" means the rules governing betting at Mozzert Bet as amended from time to time;
   • "Client" or "Customer" means any person who opens an Account with Mozzert Bet;
   • "Mozzert Bet" means Mozzert Bet.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS By opening an Account, placing a bet or making use of any service provided by Mozzert Bet, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS Mozzert Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any modification is made, it will be posted on the website and such posting shall constitute notice of change to Clients.

4. BETTING RULES The Betting Rules are available on the website and apply to all bets placed with Mozzert Bet. The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the Betting Rules and agree to comply with them.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION To open an Account, the Client must provide certain information as required by Mozzert Bet. The Client warrants that all information provided is true, accurate and complete in every respect.

6. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL The Client acknowledges that deposits and withdrawals will be made to/from their Account according to the payment terms set out on the website from time to time.

7. BETTING LIMITS Mozzert Bet reserves the right to impose betting limits at its discretion and may change these limits at any time. The Client agrees not to circumvent any such limits.

8. PROHIBITED PERSONS Wer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to prohibited persons, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation.

9. GAME RULES Mozzert Bet operates games in accordance with the rules for those specific games which are available on the website from time to time.

10. SOFTWARE AND SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Mozzert Bet may suspend or terminate its services at any time without prior notice to perform routine maintenance, upgrade software or hardware, or protect itself against fraud.

11. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND BETS

Mozzert Bet reserves the right to cancel or suspend any bet, game or transaction for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice to the Client.

12. CLAIMS AND DISPUTESThe Client agrees that all claims and disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by Mozzert Bet in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedures.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Mozzert Bet shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the Client arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Mozzert Bet and the Client relating to its use of the services provided by Mozzert Bet.

17. AMENDMENTS Mozzert Bet reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Client.

18. BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Mozzert Bet, its successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives.

19. NON-TRANSFERABILITY These Terms and Conditions are not transferable or assignable by the Client.

20. JURISDICTION AND VENUEThe Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
